These Terms of Service apply to your use of ReelClip.

1. The service and these terms
These terms govern your use of ReelClip’s website, account and license services, and desktop application (together, the “Service”). “ReelClip,” “we,” and “us” mean Y.G.I. LLC. Some features may not be available in every release. We will describe the plan and features available to you before you purchase.
2. Eligibility and your account
ReelClip is offered to people who are at least 18 years old and reside in the United States. You must provide an email address you control and keep your account and device secure. Contact [email protected] if you lose access or believe someone used your account without permission. We may restrict access to address suspected fraud, security risks, legal requirements, or material violations of these terms. You may ask support to review an account restriction. Rights that cannot be limited by law remain available.
3. Software licenses
Subject to these terms and payment of any applicable subscription fee, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the ReelClip desktop application for your own lawful purposes. You may not resell, sublicense, or redistribute it except as allowed by law or a separate written license. The application includes open-source and other third-party components governed by their own license and copyright notices; these terms do not limit rights those licenses grant. All other rights in ReelClip remain with Y.G.I. LLC and its licensors.
4. Plans, payment, and cancellation
The BYOK subscription is $9.99 per month, plus applicable taxes shown at checkout. It renews automatically each month until canceled. AI-included service is not currently offered. The purchase page will show the plan, renewal interval, total amount, and payment terms before you authorize payment.
To stop a renewal, cancel through the billing portal linked from your ReelClip account at least 24 hours before the next renewal date. Your paid access continues through the period already paid for. Except where required by law or the applicable Stripe Managed Payments refund policy, subscription fees are not prorated for unused time. Stripe Managed Payments is provided by Sold through Link, LLC, which acts as merchant of record for transactions using that service and may issue refunds under its customer refund policy. 5. Your media, AI providers, and publishing
You retain rights you already hold in your videos, audio, transcripts, captions, and other material. You authorize us and the providers you choose to process that material to perform the actions you request. You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed to download, analyze, edit, and publish it, and for following source-site and social-platform rules.
ReelClip’s desktop workflow processes and renders video on your computer. If you use AI features, the selected provider receives the audio, transcript, prompt, or other request data needed for that feature. In the bring-your-own-key plan, you supply the OpenRouter or NVIDIA NIM key and pay that provider under its terms. Provider availability, prices, retention, and outputs are controlled by that provider. If you connect publishing, the selected integration and social network receive the media and post details required to publish. AI output can be incorrect or unsuitable; review it before relying on or publishing it.
With bring-your-own-key (BYOK), your computer sends the request to the AI provider you select using the key you entered. The key is stored using operating-system-backed encryption where available, and ReelClip will not ask you to send it to the account service. The AI-included service is not currently available. If it is introduced, ReelClip will update these terms and the Privacy Notice to describe what data the hosted service receives before offering that plan.
6. Acceptable use
Use the Service lawfully and respect copyrights, privacy, publicity rights, platform restrictions, and provider terms. Do not use the Service to access accounts or media without authorization, evade technical restrictions, infringe rights, distribute unlawful material, interfere with the Service, or probe its security without permission. We may restrict access to address abuse, security issues, legal duties, or material violations, subject to applicable law and any required notice or appeal rights.
To report alleged infringement, unlawful content, or a security concern, contact [email protected] with enough detail for us to review the report. Do not include passwords, provider API keys, payment credentials, or private media unless support requests a safe example.
7. Availability, updates, and support
We may update or discontinue features, and the Service may be unavailable for maintenance or circumstances outside our control. Contact [email protected]. We aim to reply within three business days; this is a target, not a guarantee.
8. Disclaimers and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties that the law allows us to disclaim. We do not exclude or limit any warranty, guarantee, remedy, or liability that applicable law does not permit us to exclude or limit. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity arising from your use of the Service. These limits do not apply where prohibited by law.
9. Ending use and disputes
You may stop using the Service at any time. You can manage or cancel a paid subscription in the billing portal linked from your account. To delete your account, sign in to the account page and confirm your sign-in email. If you have a paid subscription, cancel it and wait until paid access ends before deleting the account. Account deletion removes or anonymizes account, license, AI result, and usage data in ReelClip’s active systems as described in the Privacy Notice. Payment, security, and backup records may remain for the periods required to operate the service or meet legal obligations. Contact [email protected] if you have a complaint. Nothing here limits any legal right or remedy available to you.
